With influences from the fashion, world dance, music and film and those Santa Monica sunsets, Amrapali captures images reminiscent of Indian saree prints, candy colored LA sunsets as the formation of a cosmic explosion using a retro 80s millennial rainbow palette in delicious ice cream shades in the abstract form to invoke a sense play, splendor and youthfulness.A performing artist since childhood as the former principal dancer of Cirque Du Soleil Amrapali grew up dancing, playing classical music, costume design, writing poetry and painting in the watercolor and acrylic medium and has won first place for her watercolor creation in California from NASA.
